Well I've got two dealers calling each other liars about work that was done on my truck. Is there a site that rates a dealers service dept as to weather or not you can trust them. Seems like every time I need to get my 2006 diesel truck fixed the blame game goes on and I get charged for something that's not my fault. I've lost trust in these people because I have no way of knowing who is telling me the truth and who is lying to me. I've done searches for individual dealers but I can't seem to fing what I'm looking for. Anybody have any suggestions?

 

If you aren't having warranty work done have you considered a non-Ford service shop? There are some pretty trustworthy independent shops around.

 

Try calling the Better Business Bureau.

 

Try searching Local home town forums. You can get some good info in there about local buisnesses .My personal opinion is that dealers are good for warranty work . Not much else. Again just my opinion.
