I have an 08 and it was not on the module either. Took it to the dealer and paid the 40 bucks to read it, then I took a magic marker, took off the panel below the steering wheel and wrote it there.

Ive had two 08 superdutys and I found both on the back of the pcm module. Passenger side floor remove panel, unscrew two screws holding down the pcm. On the back of it is alot of numbers. There will be only two sets of numbers that are 5 digits long. Try each of them and one should work. Done this twice without any problems and both times ford told me its not there and they would read the code for me for a fee. goodluck

factory keypad code

todouble is basically right. The five digit code is located on the back of the SJB (smart junction block of fuse block) on the front (right) passenger kick. It is one of the five digit numbers on the labels on the back of the SJB.

Did that on mine, removed the PCM and looked under, over, around and back under, not there! I thought maybe the PCM had been replaced. Dealer ship showed that it was the factory install....so I guess I was just the unlucky one!

I went to the dealership and asked the lady that sold the truck to me if she had it. she went back, opened a file like they keep on all customers and gave it to me...free.
