Question got a question

i found a 2002 f150 reg cab XLT with a 4.6L and auto tranny power windows power locks ac heat 133,000 miles 2wd clean dentless scratchless body interior is very clean and its kind of a metallic dark red

the place im buying it from wants 2000 down 350/mo. for a total of about 7-8,000 is it worth my time?

ive driven it and its very strong no leaks and shifts so smooth you cant even tell without looking at the tach is there anything i should watch for on one of these trucks?

Price seems reasonable; although I'm not sure what you're loan term is with the $350.

Most of the issues I've ever had with older vehicles, including trucks is from lack of maintenance; belts, hoses, filters, fuel pump. The old 4.6L engines are fine, just check for the usual. They do seem to have oil pan leaks that develop over time, but they're usually small.

oh believe me ive gone over that truck with a fine tooth comb and then some has all new hoses and it runs very strongly and ill be payin on it for a little over a year
