help needed ASAP

I was in themiddle of starting my car and everything cut out on me. After a minute of doing nothing a clicking from uner the dash started, I hot the brtakes or turn on the headlights and the clicking stops. Trying to lock or unlock the car doors accelerates the clicking. I looked under the dash and found a harness that was causing the noise. After unplugging it when I put the keys in acc position the noise for the keys in ignition and door open starts but nothing else owrks. I have attached pics of the wiring that was causing the problem. Please help me get this fixed.

Try to pull codes, the computer will probably do a better job pointing out what's wrong than our guess work. But it's apparent that the source of your problem is electrical, so start by the obvious, check your fuses and try to smell anything burned, look for damaged or shorted out cables.

Blown EEC power relay is the most likely culprit but KOEO should tell you that for certain. Pull codes.
