Brakes causing front end vibration 2003 F250 RWD
I have a 2003 F250 RWD with 98k miles. Just had some front end work done at dealer, one of which was the brakes. Now when I come to a stop, from 45mph to 25mph the right front seems to vibrate. Imagine this, you hear a 4wd pass you on highway and you hear the roar of the over sized mud tires. That's what it sounds/feels like. Nothing I actually feel in the steering wheel, just the vibration. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Odd that you wouldn't feel it in the steering wheel. Assuming you are talking about when stopping. I agree with redford, warped rotor will cause this but like he said you will feel it in the steering wheel. In my experience these calipers lock up a lot and cause this. Another possibility is that they didn't tighten the lug nuts enough. It is known that on the super duty aluminum wheels that the lugs like to back off. I would check this first as it will be a pain to replace the studs (rather a pain to get the shop to fix the studs). But yeah, take it back to the shop.
