Evening all! Snow is gone off streets and time to get back to work tomorrow....that is the only good part about snow. However I am ready for spring now hehe.

hello everyone, hope all is well, its snowing again in Chicagoland...we can always handle it here, but feeling sorry for the states down south especially Atlanta...4 inches in their city with from what it looks like...only 1 plow truck...lol

 

Good morning Illinois! Got 5 to 6 inches of snow, just enough to screw things up. Saw on the news where in Atlanta they were using sledge hammers to break up 4" of ice on the streets and table salt on the sidewalks.

 

talked with a friend of mine in Buckhead, suburb of Atlanta and he's got a ravine in front of his house that has been collecting cars...Monday night it had 2 cars in it and by last nights count there were 7 cars in it...his house is at the bottom of a curved hill and his house sits on the top of the ravine on the other side...they have 2-3 inches on ICE all over everything, trees are snapping like twigs, the city has no salt and its being trucked in from the northern states...if you have a salt business you could probably make your year selling salt to Atlanta and retire the rest of the year...

 

It's 52° and raining in Oregon,that sounds like the place for everyone to go. Rain is easier to shovel than snow.

 

naw its not cold enuf here so I'm going to MN on Thursday for a business trip...can't wait for spring again!!

nope i was warm. wnsday we had ice stom but itdidn't last long.
