Engine Shops in Central Texas

Looking for a shop to refresh the Ford 400 in my truck. Does anyone know a reputable and fair shop between Austin and Dallas? Thanks.

I'd try it myself but I'm set to deploy in the next few months and I want the job done in case the wife needs it.
