1999 F250 SD Headlights ?
hi,
is there any possibility to change the old 1999 SD Headlights with new design Headlights like this (http://fordf250.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/ford-f250-super-duty.jpg)

And how difficult is the conversion ?

That would require an entire front end.

You can swap them out for the 05-07 style headlights. You will have to trim out the header panel to make them fit.

That's a lot of work, you may need a front clip. Go with the 05 lights.
