Need help with '56 dash layout

We're going back together and aren't really sure of the correct layout for the controls. My truck's controls had been slightly modified and now, going back together, we want to get them correct. Here's a bad picture of what we had to begin with:

Extreme left upper = light switch
Extreme left lower = ignition switch
Just left = wiper switch
Just right = horn button (I know this isn't correct)
Extreme right upper = a warning light (what's it for?)
Extreme right lower = choke

I suspect the horn button was a throttle at one time and I'm assuming the other controls are in their proper place ...... please correct me if I'm wrong! This is a '56 Panel Truck.

Thanks,

DB

Red button to right of column = Starter Button?
Right Upper = Cigar Lighter or plug

The starter does not have a start button, it uses the key to start. The red button position was used for a Throttle cable control. It says that in the owners/operators manual. I have never seen one that has not been removed or modified to something like a toggle switch for something. The cigar lighter is the upper right thing in you photo.

Thanks, my owners manual is packed away (recent move.) I see it's the cigar lighter and not a light.

Thanks again,
