Can anybody else hear their 4x4?

My '06 F250 with a manual shift t-case has a whine when in 4wd. Going down the highway it is a noticeable noise, very much like how my '85 Chevy K-10 sounded. I still have my Chevy and after putting close to 200,000 miles on it I still haven't had any issues with the t-case and it has the NP 208 that is considered weak.
I wouldn't worry about the t-case whine. Just check to make sure it is full of fluid and drive.
