Sure will sir. I think the plan is to come down this sunday.. which means I get to dyno hopefully 600hp. celebrate. nap. wake up. run from Nashville, TN back to Rolla, MO.. fuel up and head to Altus, OK... The things I do to prove I am lacking in the pants...
Good luck and have fun. Cummins is by far my favorite diesel. 210-260hp 6bta mechanical marine models are one of the best diesels around and I have the most confidence in these engines on the salt. I would have no problems traveling the entire west coast on that engine. I've known a few boats to travel days and days w/o powering down logging major hours idling and underway. My crab boat put that engine to the test, heavily loaded still able to reach cruise rpm with ease.
If the powerstroke was IDI with a mechanical injector pump, that would be the next best thing. You just can't pull over on the side of the road on the ocean.
Wow hard to believe someone in my town is building such a awesome truck! I love my f350 but i do wish it had a cummins in it. Sounds like your gonna have the best truck on the road my friend.

Tim Jones' pulling truck is a Ford with a commonrail cummins FYI.
Yeah, it's a longbox. I wish it was a shorty.. but what can you do.
Update for today... Found a line on a brand new Helix 2 camshaft. These are backordered and hard to come by.
My a/c compressor arrived today as well. Transmission lines removed and transmission plugs off. Hopefully pull the tranny tommorrow. Found a guy on craigslist w/ some destroked motor mounts for $150. Hoping to snag those.
Haha.. you are kinda late buddy.. the transmission is all that's left.. Prob pull that tomorrow..
I am gonna pull the cummins injectors this week too. Ship them off to industrial injection..
I would love to come help tomorrow but I several presentations for my design. I'll get ahold of you later this week to figure out when I can come take a looksy
