I just started to hear a noise when you turn to the right and almost at the stop. (i never hold it on the stop) but its almost like a creaking noise only on right hand turns?? I have a new PS pump which I installed when i got the truck. The noise has just started about a week ago.

Mabe check your ball joints. I had a similar noise. Jacked the truck up and couldn't feel any slack till I stuck a pry bar under the tire and could pry the wheel up and down.
