Does anyone know where i can get an old school push bar for an 09-10 f-150. The ones with the outside flat steel risers, and the tubular cross bars. all i can seem to find now are the ones that consist of one tubular piece that goes from the tow hook mount on one side to the other. Do they even make them any more?

 

Ranch Hand makes a nice front end replacement.

 

Road Armour also makes a nice product. One of the Excursion guys just picked one up, I believe they're on sale also.

unfortunately neither of them have anything for a 2010 F-150 yet!

 

Take a look at Warn. They make the Trans4mer brush guard which is as close as you're going to get.

They're bolted way into the frame and are pretty strong, but I don't think they're as heavy duty as a Ranch Hand is. But, they are mounted to teh frame better.. toss up I suppose now that I've been around both of them for abou 3 years.

I have a Ranch Hand and it's been nothing but good to me. I highly recommend it.

I've got a 2009 F150 and my father has a 2010 F150, both with Ranch Hand front end replacements, that would beg to differ. In fact, they have a custom bumper for the F150s which is lighter weight than the ones built for the Super Duties, so they won't destroy the front suspension...

 

i'm not looking for a front end replacement, just the grille guard, not the grille guard with the headlight brush guard, or the bumper. All i am looking for is the grille guard with the flat steel uprights with the tube cross members.

 

I did a little Google search for you. It appears that most companies have not put out a 09-10 front bumper yet.

I know you're looking for a push bar (like the older tow trucks have) but I don't think that you're going to find what you have in your head. This is probably the closest thing you'll come to, unless you find someone that will custom fab your idea for you.

 

I've found them, just not for the 09-10 yet. all the ones i have found are part of a kit where the grille guard is the base and then if you want you can add the headlight guards and lights if you want to. here's the closest thing i have found so far.

Found the closest thing i could to what my ideal push bar would be. Found it for $289 online. Pretty easy to install in a little over an hour.

The only thing i don't like is i wish it would contour a little better to the the grille of the truck but unfortunately it can't due to the grille being attached to the hood and the required clearance.

it's a little late now, but from the schematics and the picture it looks like the exact same thing, just with a different name really.
