Be careful when wireing B.U. lites.
If you have an switch that turns them on when in reverse and pick the power from the ign. side of switch so they won't be on in acc. position then if you put it in rev. before shutting engine off and you forgot you had the override (cargo/ loading switch) on which will be fed from a hot line it will feed back and keep the engine on with the ign. off!
I solved this with a relay.

I have a 66F100, in which I installed a t-18 transmission, so I have a switch available. Will tail light assemblies from any later years fit the 66?

I'm at a loss. My passenger side does not move. Driver side works perfectly. Problem is I can't fand any access at all to it. Any ideas?

 

I suggest starting a new thread, you will get more answers.

The linkage is accessible from inside the cab, up under the dash. Sounds like the passenger side is disconnected.
