I am almost done with some double transfer case kits for the guys using full size Ford transmissions. It will be using a BW1356 cut down case and planetary gears. It will give an additional 2.7:1 low range, and will only add about 12" length. All my adapters are CNC cut. No need to go junkyard hunting for a hard to find 2.0:1 case, this kit will actually come with the front case. Just reinstall your case behind it, and get new driveshafts. This kit will be light enough to ship reasonably (about 65lbs.). It will also be "clockable" without totally removing from vehicle. For more information call or email.

Getting really close to having some good pictures. I've hade a terrible time trying to locate an affordable shifter. Right now, I'm waiting on a Lokar parking brake assembly ($110.00). I was hoping to get something simpler and cheaper, similar to shifters found on Fox Go Karts with reverse. I'd really like to stay USA made.

If anyone is interested, let me know quick. The first 3 will be sold at a introductory price of $800.00 each, just so I can get some financial relief.

 

Here's some pics. I have revised my adapter plates, and changed my shaft a little so that it is another 1.5" shorter. So it does'nt look very close to done, but 1 more week and someone will be bolting one in, and pulling up stumps.







Shown here with a NP205 (NOT INCLUDED). From transmission mounting surface to center of NP205 rear output yolk is only 25" long. My revised version will be about 23.5" long. Yes it will have room for the NP205 shift rail..... barely.






Notice that the height of the kit is no taller than the NP205.
