So I'd probably be good with a 0-35psi gauge.

0-35 guage would be just fine on a fairly stock truck. If you upgrade injectors you may need a guage that reads higher, but stage 1 and 2's shouldn't get over 35psi with a stock turbo.

I have seven of them plus the scan gauge but they are so ugly I will not post a picture of them in fear of being laughed off the forum. They are left to right, starting under the steering wheel the fuel pressure, oil temp, trans temp, boost, water temp, pyro, then oil pressure. All in a row along the bottom except the scan guage mounted on the pillar. That one is a pain in the *** to see and will remount it on top of the steering wheel. Mine is like Hussler's but with the sun and old eyes half the time I can't see it. I even put a shade on it, like a umbrella! LOL!!!

I love gauges but never have been a perfectionist. I insist that they work though. With the new scan guage I could get rid of the oil temp, trans temp and water temp.

My scan guage still rolls around the dash. lol. I have a pedistal mount guage cup for it, but haven't taken the time to mount it yet.

Any reason to have a temp gauge with a namual trans? I'm trying to figure out what my 3rd gauge should be. Pyro, Boost and _________

I was thinking water temp, but there is one on the truck from factory.

Oil pressure would be my choice. The stock gauge is awful

Fuel Pressure would be good. Just make sure you do a electric sender, not the mechanical. Too many pulses in the fuel system, a mechanical fuel pressure gauge would drive you crazy.

Jeff, most every good fuel pressure guage is going to be expensive. Just gonna have to bite the bullet if you really want one.

I would get an oil temp guage for the 3rd guage. Those of you who have monitored your EOTs while towing knows why too. Oil temps on some of these trucks can get HOT when towing if you don't watch it. Bet Glenn is glad he has an oil temp guage. IIRC his oil was getting up around 240* or something.

Alright I'll have to bite it then. Where would be a good place to put an oil temp probe? I have a gauge just not sure where to put it.
