Okay i'm the relative newbie here. I go to pigeon forge quite often because my mom has a small place there. And I'd love to limp my truck down there for fun. Definitely not to show because it's just not that nice. So other than krispy kremes (and I know the new spot well because they are damn good), what happens at this thing? Is it simply a car show? Are there trucks for sale? Parts for sale? Excuse my ignorance. Just wondering.

Doc, it is a f1-f100 show but there are a few older and newer trucks and they are welcome even the bigger trucks but it is all FORD TRUCKS. Since the first show it has just been the show we all enjoy the most, great people putting the show together and we the people attending. there is used parts and vendors selling their wares. We usually go on 2 or 3 cruises, alot of us just hang out till the after midnight hour around the trucks and just have a ball, You must make this show, as I have met you and know you will fit in just fine with the rest of us old FORD nuts. The ladies and kids seem to enjoy themselves as well and next year we will be closer to alot of entertainment within walking distance. Please make your reservations and join us for the best show of the year, not the biggest but for sure the BEST, Garry

Cool!! I'll be there. I looked at the website. That's right next to the Titanic, magic show, wonderworks, etc. And I'm sure the women are well aware of that "little bitty" shopping center up the road about a mile. Good spot. I pulled my 49 out of a barn down there by the way just south of town.

That's a long way to come just to get a face full of rust! And I don't have a KK anywhere near me. Some decent though.

I live down in Murfreesboro and have no Mechnical inclination although I did wire in a horn a few weeks ago, I would be willing to come out and help out a Saturday in April or May if you got close. I might be able to take a buddy in McKenzie into coming. He built my truck. Just would need advance advance notice

I've been doing that ole work thing. The yard I work at part-time started up a pull and save Self serve Yard. So it has been busy. I did my first swap meet last Sunday I did not break the bank but I made my entry fee back plus 70 bucks so not bad. I also meet 3 Ford trucks guys. I am gotta make my reservation at the new place. Not sure what day, Lord willing, I will come up. Probably be there Early Friday morning and stay thru Sunday probably.

Donald,
Good to here from you. Life and work seem to get in the way a lot for me too, but you have to make time for fun and there is no better way to have fun than hanging out with your truck friends. We are really looking forward to the show. Can't wait to see everyone again.
