TIRE SMOKIN’ Tuned F-250 Puts on a Wild Smoke Show
This week’s Tire Smokin’ video features a 2005 Ford F-150 pickup packing a 6.0L PowerStroke diesel and some fairly minor modifications including an Edge programmer, an exhaust system and a cold air intake package – all of which work together to help this F-250 make some monster torque.
While at the Woodward Dream Cruise a few months back, I saw a couple guys in Ford Super Duty pickups riding around with the hordes of muscle cars and, like the muscle cars, these high riding Ford pickups were doing big, smokey burnouts.
This week’s Throwback video features a 1985 Ford F-350 Flatbed tow truck doing donuts in the snow and the action has obviously been captured on Betamax film, as the quality is pretty much the polar opposite of high definition.
