My grandparents purchased this 1985 Ford new on the last day of December in 1984. It was and still is used as a work truck for the farm. When I started college in 1994, we had it repainted. Butch's Body Shop handled the paint and body work which included a new front clip as a result of an incident I had with a deer. While fixing the otherwise stock truck we decided to install new cab corners and a new box as well. I kept the original tan acheme but painted the center with 1994 Ford Med Palomino seperated with gold and burgandy stripes. I wanted to personalise the truck, so I added: lighted running boards, bug-shield, many diamond plate accessories, Lund Fast-Back, 5th. wheel tailgate, mud flaps with weights, Ford factory Alcoa rims with 30x9.5/15 tires, diesel transfer tank, bed rails, reciever hitch, stainless vent shades, custom graphics, bug screen/winter front. On the inside we added: CD player, Cobra 29NHST CB radio, Motorola Radius business band radio and telephone, Uniden scanner, and a Whistler.
