I just bought this 78 Ford F-150, 133" WB. It has a rebuilt 400, bored .030 over, with forged pistons. It has an Edelbrock Preformer Cam, Intake, and 600 CFM Carb. It also has headers and dual exhaust through turbo mufflers and 2 1/2" pipe. The power flows through a NP 435 tranny to the NP 205 transfer case, and from there to 3.5 geared Dana 44 front (with Vintage Warn Premium Hubs) and limited slip 9" rear. It came with the original bill of sale and option sheet, which indicate the only real options were four wheel drive, limited slip rear end, a handling package, sliding rear window, power steering, and the super cooling package. The truck rides on a 3" Ranco suspension lift, with Rancho RS 5000 shocks all around. The 15X10 chrome steel wheels are inside 35x12.50 Land Rover Radial D/T tires. The interior is stock, with the obligatory saddle blanket seat cover. Out front is a XD8000 Warn winch on a Warn winch mount bumper.
