1974 Ford F250 Ranger XLT, Camper Special, 390ci 4bbl, Automatic, Long Box, Style Side. That I Call Taz.

I bought this Truck in July of 1997. It had 75,000 miles on it. The previous owner bought the truck new in 1974. He kept great maintenance records for the Truck. My truck has spent its entire life in Arizona. Can you say no rust! I don't think this truck was used to haul anything very often, since the paint in the bed is hardly scratched up at all. I could only find two dents in the entire body, although the Arizona sun has done a number on the paint. I consider myself very lucky to have found this truck.

Someday, soon I hope, I am going to have the truck repainted. I am not to sure if I will keep it Green/White though. I am not to fond of that shade of Green. I also am planning on doing the following things to it as time and money permit:

Replace the Stock Intake and Carb with aftermarket pieces.

Headers and dual exhaust K&N Air Filter.

Possibly change the Rear End Gear Ratio.

Change Camshafts to a little more aggressive grind, mostly for towing my boat.

Window Tinting

Redo the interior pieces, Carpet, Seats, stuff that is worn out or broken.
