What? No way! The 2015 Ford F-150 has been named North American Truck/Utility of the Year beating out the Chevrolet Colorado and the Lincoln MKC for the honor.

“This is the pinnacle of performance Mustangs today,” said Dave Pericak, director, Ford Performance. “The Shelby GT350R Mustang lays the groundwork for a story that will play out for years to come on the track and the street.”

“As we at Ford drive innovation into every part of our business, it’s worth remembering that our first innovation as a company was not in a laboratory, but on the racetrack,” said Mark Fields, Ford Prez and CEO.

This year’s North American International Auto Show is going to be one of the largest in recent memory, and headlining the show is the series of Ford Performance announcements, including the new Shelby GT350R, Ford GT, and the 2017 Ford Raptor.

Was it worth the wait? Hell, yeah! Ford unleashed the 2017 F-150 Raptor at the Detroit Motor Show and it looks incredible.

With those falling prices, consumers are once again flocking to dealerships all over to pick up larger and larger SUVs and trucks. The question then becomes, should we start building things like the Excursion again?
