A surefire way to get automotive journalists in a tizzy is to announce that you’re considering bringing a vehicle to the United States that you haven’t brought here before.

This week’s Truckin’ Fast has a pair of diesel powered pickups squaring off on the quarter mile, with one being a short cab, short bed Super Duty and the other, a Ford Ranger.

When Ford debuted three new products for the Ford Performance line of vehicles, including the 2017 Raptor, they were all bathed in a color called Liquid Blue. Quite honestly, it was a stunning color.

Now this looks painful. It’s not uncommon for us to show jumps here on FTE. Well, to be honest, we have one every Hump Day. And this week is no different, aside from the video of course.

The 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor will feature “next-generation BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires specifically designed for off-road performance.” It’s safe to assume its 17-inch wheels will be equally suited to handle rough terrain. The aftermarket wheels on the Dodge Ram in the following video are not.
