Rebuild Pics - Finally Got It Done!!! (mostly)

I bought this truck back in early summer, darn college kept me busy and I just finished rebuilding it There's still a few small things to do, notice the tape on the left headlight cause I don't have all the mounting hardware. Also, I need to get a replacement flare for the front left corner and I have a painted white Sport grille on the way. Here are the specs:

- 2003 F250 XLT Sport FX4, SuberCab, Short Bed, Oxford White
- 6.0L PowerStroke, TorqShift, 71k miles, powertrain all stock
- 4" Donahoe Racing front springs with rear blocks
- 315/75/16 Toyo Open Country ATs on Ultra Claws (came with truck, rubbed pre-lift)
- OffroadTech winch bumper, powdercoated white (my favorite part!)

Before - took this pic first time I looked at it:

During - all the damaged parts removed and frame is straightened:

After - still a little work to do, and it hasn't been washed since it was wrecked, but looking pretty good:

My dad's '03 F250 CC LB 6.0L is peeking in the background of that picture

V10 badge is coming off asap, ITS A DIESEL!!! Got this fender form a local salvage yard, hood came off craigslist, didn't have to do any painting! What's the best way to remove those badges, hit them with a heat gun?

Looks excellent! good job on repairing this beast! yes, heat gun will prob work best. I had a 2004 f250 b4 and used a head gun to remove the badges and put on the 05+ style. Had a LOT of residue behind those things, but a little elbow grease and it came off!

Saved a lot of money by doing this, but only because I did everything except the windshield myself. I purchased the salvage for $11k, which is about 40% book value (if excellent condition). Cost a little under $4k to rebuild, and thats including the bumper and lift. This is the only way I could have gotten into a truck like this while going to school, thats for sure.

Nice job on the truck fella. As for the V-10 badge removal I've heard that using a heat gun followed by some fishing line used as a saw to cut the adhesive works well. Any glue residue can be removed with WD40 or Goof(p) Off.

They were on sale for $1050 unfinished until Dec. 31st, now they are $1200. I live near Portland, OR, so I was able to pick it up myself and take to get powdercoated instead of paying freight costs. Here's a link: http://www.offroadtechinc.com/servlet/Detail?no=8
