Drivers side power towing mirror not closeing
Hey all I'm new here I have a 2012 f350 and when I pull back the **** to close my mirrors only the passenger mirror closes. I don't have a problem replacing the driver side I just want to make its not something else that needs to be fixed instead just wanted to check in with the experts before I order a new one. Your truck is old. It may not be the wiring but could be the motors inside the mirrors... my passenger side stopped working. I used to fold it in by hand, then it would come out when I hit the button on the door... then it stopped doing that.
I am going to get a set of Boost Auto parts Ford mirrors. I have a Lariat so have memory. It won't be cheap but figure it will be cheaper than an authentic Ford set...

They also have the newer 17 style for our trucks but you cannot get the power options with them...
Plus I'd like to disassemble the passenger side mirror and do a thread on it for the forum... there's been threads in the 6.7 section and I'm sure here as well...
