2023 rims on 2010

2023 rims on 2010
I know this has been discussed, but I just want to make sure I got it right. I got a fair deal on some newer wheels in good shape. My research says these rims are wider by an inch, but they still fit. The lug nuts however won’t fit from the 23, so I need to order ones for my 2010 correct?
TPMS sensors are different frequencies, but I should have a new set of sensors around somewhere.
The tires are 275 70 18, a size bigger than stock. Should I be worried about rubbing? I guess there’s only one way to find out, after all rubbing is racing lol. I’ll try to post a pic of the style I got
