I have a 2011 Ford F450 that has the fifth wheel package as well. Running lights on my trailer we’re working before. The only thing functioning now is the hazard turn signal and brake lights. I’ve replaced the relay as well as the fuse with no luck. I’ve also replaced the seven pin and four-way adapter on the bumper assembly. Any other thoughts of what the issue might bewould be greatly appreciated.
The trailer lights work, on my son’s Dodge, as they should.
Were the fuses you checked burnt? Next thought would be the tail light wire came out of the tab in the female/truck end trailer socket. Typically a tiny little screw holding the electrical part into the body. Pull the screw, and with a enough slack in the wiring you should be able to push it out of the body and check/clean/tighten where the wires are landed.

Fuses were not burnt. I'll check the connector. I should mention, same result if trailer connection is on the 5th wheel and on the bumper.
