Issue with display and lane assist?
I have a 2018 F350 Limited. Lately when I start the truck the information display starts in the “towing” page. Previously it would start in whichever page I last used. Is there a setting that defines the information displayed when the truck starts, or is this a problem that needs to be fixed by the dealer?
i notice also that the lane-keeping assist does not function. It is supposed to rattle the steering wheel if I drift to the edge of a lane, or if I signal for a turn when a vehicle is in a blind spot, and now it doesn’t. The settings say the lane-keeping is on, and on high. A I missing a setting, or is this another issue for the warrantee service?
Thanks for any advice or suggestions!

My wife recently complained the lane assist on her 2018 Explorer stopped working. I went into the dashboard menu and confirmed the selection was active, but still no icon showing it being on. Went to the owner's manual and found the on/off switch is a button on the end of her turn signal stalk (easy to deactivate unknowingly). The SD button is on the dashboard, So, you must activate lane assist from two different locations ... via menu selection and the on/off button on the dashboard.

The lane keep assist on the F350 is not as nice as on my SUV. The SUV uses a distinct buzz, where the truck feels more like a loose tie rod.
i like the haptic response to a lane change when someone is in a blind spot. The normal lane drift warning is annoying.
Active lane keeping is interesting. I recently tried a car with that feature, and something called low-speed following. It will automatically follow the car ahead of you through an intersection. That was spooky!

Again, on my wife's Explorer, there are 2 options in the lane assist menu: 1} aid (which steers it back to lane center), and 2} alarm or warning (just vibrates the steering wheel). Wife does not like "aid" but does like the "warning," so I disabled "aid" in the menu. My KR does not have lane assist, so I cannout vouch for what your truck may or should have in its menu selection.
