Seats for '69 F100

My '69 has a bench seat. I'm not opposed to keeping it but have looked at some aftermarket buckets.

The TMI seats appear to be of good quality and look great in this video:

However, they are also quite expensive.

I've looked at these seats from ProCar Classics:

https://procarbyscat.com/product/classic/

But I contacted Procar and they do not offer a bracket to fit a '69 F100.

What other seat companies out there make seats for our trucks?

Or what other model year Ford truck seat will fit in a '69 F100?

If I recall correctly Seats from 1965 to 1979 are bolt in replacements. 1980 to 1996 (1997 for F250 and F350) can be swapped after you swap the seat tracks. Should be a pretty easy swap and I believe there is quite a bit of info on this site.

Link doesn't work.

Or, at least, the page can't be found.

For that price I'll just stay with my original vinyl bench seat...

it depends on if you were wanting to go with a bench seat, or the two seater. i have a 69 f100 and i like the classic bench seat alot more than the two seater with the middle console or new look.

but there are a couple different places i found that make pretty decent bench seats for the 69, and they are fairly priced.

Find some 65-70 Mustang high back or low back buckets.... everything is available to rebuild them including more comfy foams.

For my '70 I installed a set of 70 high backs with Mach 1 upholstery using TMI's line of materials and stuff from National Parts Depot.

Do it.

Do you have links for those places?

You could also( if your budget permits), find a nice set of f100 Ranger buckets like i did for my 71, but thats pretty costly and harder to find.

1965/66 F100/250 Rangers came standard equipment with bucket seats that were the same as 1965/66 Mustang. These same Mustang buckets were optional for 1967/72 F100/350.

1965/72 F100/350's used the same seat tracks, upholstery and outer 'hockey stick' mouldings as 1965/66 Mustang.

But special brackets were required for F100/350's that bolted to the tracks, then to the floor pan to raise and level the Mustang seats. Brackets repro'd by FTE member KStone.

Hi-back Mustang/Cougar bucket seats introduced in 1969.
