New taillight?
So I more than likely backed into a dumpster and broke a taillight. So are these led, radar, most expensive taillights ever, sealed against moisture on the inside as well? I put a scope in there and from what I can see it is sealed. Do I have to bite the bullet and pony up $500+ for a new one or would you just wait and see. Yes I live in upstate NY whose city nickname is salt city for producing salt in the 19th century but, is adopting the new meaning of using the most salt on it's roads. (explanation of previous sentence: salty pic & too cold to wash)

I just ordered one today. You can find them online by searching the part number for about $380. I nudged mine and while it wasn't enough to crack it, it was enough to break the seal. Moisture and water find their way in and I have been avoiding buying one for months by emptying it every so often and messing with connections. Now the big square LED is out and it looks terrible. Just go ahead and do it. I have put $1000 worth of effort into trying to not spend the money.

NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHY GUYS ALWAYS LOOK FOR THE NEGATIVE AND LEAVE DUMB COMMENTS.
Highlights:
- Replaces OEM halogen taillights, with or without BLIS warning system
- Direct plug-and-play application
- Powerful, dependable OLED technology
- Unique, eye-catching design
- Aggressive smoked lenses
Powerful Custom OLED Taillights
After 8 years of using the same design, the F250 and F350 finally got a taillight update that makes the 2017-2019 Super Duty look a whole lot more modern than generations passed. That being said, the factory taillights leave a lot of room for improvement, with less than stellar light output and a fairly basic design. RECON's OLED Taillights replace your factory halogen taillights for a huge boost in output and a major style upgrade for your 2017-2019 F250 or F350's rear-end.Quick & Easy Direct-Fit Install
RECON's OLED Taillights are designed to be installed as easily as possible, featuring direct-fit plug-and-play connectors and an exact fit. The taillights feature a unique, eye-catching design that becomes even more noticeable at night when the powerful OLED lights are shining. The dark smoked lenses further accentuate the aggressive, sinister design of these RECON taillights, perfect for taking your F250 or F350 build in a decidedly mean direction. Fitment: 2017-2019 F250/F350/F450/F550 w/ OEM halogen taillights
