Not sure of the correct type but visiting any better parts store should get you access to some sort of database for that year interior lamp. Also SuperBrightLED's website might have great replacements too--try these: Super Bright LED's

1975/91's were also available with a dome light/map light combination (see lower [upper] pic), the map light bulbs (there are two) are #105.
Squeeze the plastic lens to install/remove it, see pics below.

Correct you are sir, but I was referring to this one, which was either ordered wrong or they sent the wrong one.
A 921 or 912 uses the same base as a 194/168 but has a fatter glass globe.
Depending on the LED, sometimes they fit into housings made for the glass bulbs as LED equivalents are often much more compact.
Just throwing out suggestions so the bulb can still be used without the hassle and expense of sending it back.
Will also fit the under hood light on all the F series trucks I currently own.
LED equivalent of a 921 bulb
LED license plate bulbs are an extremely popular swap due to lasting so much longer and being in an application that many people do not check regularly.

These bulbs were used in gazillions of FoMoCo vehicles. I used the Ranger/Bronco II pic because it clearly shows the bulb.
