is the f600 cab & doors

I found a 56 f600. The owner says the cab, doors and hood are the same as an F100?

Thanks
Mike

Mike, Welcome to FTE! The best site for old Ford trucks anywhere.
John is correct, F100 through F600 share those components.
Are you looking at the F600 as a parts truck? Do you have a truck or are you looking? We love pictures whatever you are doing.
Not all of our trucks are as pretty as John's

thanks for your guys help!
I found a good frame and the owner has a clean f600 he’s willing to sell. Wanted to make sure these parts would work before making him an offer.

All of the body parts will transfer over from the 600 to the 100 if you wanted to. The only real difference is the wheel openings on the front fenders will be larger, so depending on your choice of tire the space between the tire and fender could look goofy, or really goofy.

That's a neat picture of the f100 w/larger truck fenders. I always wondered how that would look. Not too bad actually....
