Junkyard searching - interchangeable parts

If I were to go to some junkyards around here looking for parts for my '76 F250, what other models and years are also interchangeable?

For example <96 front seats fit if attached to the original mount.

Door lock and ignition set - will 7th generation fit? Bronco II?
Intermittent wiper set up - 7th gen? Bronco II?
Bottle jack lever?
Aluminum running boards?
Wiper arms?
<96 door seals?
7" round H4 headlamps from anything?
Steering wheel? <77 F-series, Econoline, Bronco? The steering column changed in 77 or 78, IIRC, so later wheels won't fit my '76
Bed spare tire holder? 7th Gen?

Same two spoke steering wheels and horn pads:

1971/77 F100/350; 1974/77 Bronco; 1975/77 Econoline except 1975/77 F100/350 & Econoline with factory installed Speed Control.

1971/73 wheels were available in colors. In 1974, Ford obsoleted them, replaced them w/a black steering wheel.

There are two different horn pads: Black camera case finish and walnut wood grained finish that was only used on Ranger XLT, Bronco Sport & Econoline Chateau.

Carpenter has the horn pads, does not have the steering wheel, his website says out of stock.
-----
Door lock cylinders and ignition cylinder: 1973/79 F100/350, 1978/79 Bronco.
-----
Bottle jack is the same 1948/52 F1/F2, 1953/81 F100/250, 1961/91 Econoline. Econolines came w/a folding jack crank handle that was an option on F100/350 & Bronco.

Lug wrench used with the 1/2" -20 lug nut was also used on myriad 1950's/90's cars.

I recommend those door seals. They'll be too long at the bottom, but are easily cut to fit.

I'd like to know about headlights too, as I'm tried of the short-lived, 21st century, lowest bidder, offshore crap, sylvania replacements from the big-box stores.

Do not get the extravision crap from the auto parts stores.

I went to Walmart because I thought they would have GE bulbs, but they had shytvania as well. But they are the basic ones and not extravisions, so we'll see if they can last more than a couple months. They do feel like the same inadequately thin glass of the extravisions... I've had them crack when tightening down the retaining ring!

sylvania needs to stop selling headlights if that's all they can come up with...

"1971/73 wheels were available in colors."

Thanks for that info Number Dummy, I have a green '79 F150, and I've always wanted to find a green steering wheel to go with it.

I've seen Ranchero's with colored wheels, do those also fit ?

A 428 super cobra jet is a direct replacement ("swaps") for any FE 360 / 390, and adds about 150 HP to your f series. 428 thunderjet Thunderbird engine will do in a pinch if your junkyard is suddenly short on 67-69 drag pack/SCJ equipped cougars and mustangs to pull from. Get yours today and go coyote and Cummins hunting.
