"Plastic connector...." Ok, brake related, but where? Can you post a picture? Is in in the cab, on the firewall, on the booster, at the wheel? The more info the better, and pictures are worth more than 1000 words here.

The white blob with 3 hoses, right? Is that small hose just hanging there? Where is the master cylinder? Is your clutch linkage or hydraulic?
That blob appears to be a check valve out of a firewall mounted master cylinder power booster. That is, if one of those two larger lines is connected to the intake manifold. The other appears headed under the truck, perhaps to a frame mounted brake booster, similar to one of these?

AFAIK, you have a really goofed up system there. No way that piece should be where it is, doing what it's doing. Clearly you can see this isn't factory, and there is no need to replace that part. That part will be eliminated when you restore a factory-like brake system. The way things look, you don't have brakes right now....???
Maybe Numberdummy can post a parts book view of the braking system. Stand by for that.
Regarding pictures, lots of complaints on that, can't do much but hey, you got it so congrats on that!

OK you got this picture from another thread, right?

Whatever was going on there we will never know, and doesn't or shouldn't apply to your truck. We need a picture of your truck.

So i posted that picture because its the exact part im looming for and its coming off of a STOCK vacuum brake system. Nothing out of the ordinary there. My 1969 Ford B600 School Bus was set up the same way and so is this 76' Ford F700. It may be a check valve i google vacuum booster check valve and found a picture of the part but i know they make them to connect two hoses as well as three hoses (which is what is in the original picture i shared and what i am looking for.
