Love the vintage hood hinges. I'm also seeing daylight where an engine should be. No?

WHY?!?!?! The fronts on these trucks are way better looking than any plain old Jeep (which I can't stand to begin with, but that's a separate rant)

Bonus Built cabs must be readily available and, or earlier examples must be getting hard to find?

What really amazes me about the vast majority of this kind of crap that shows up on CL, and other places, is that these guys butcher the heck of these vehicles and then ask a huge price for what is basically cobbled together junk. Most throw the title of "rat rod" on them and somehow think that justifies their butchery. Sure, they might have thrown a lot of money and time into their project but it's still a pile of crap. Heck, you can never get your money and time you stick into a really nice vehicle, something that is presentable and safe to drive.

I did see that. I have been looking for a ****** wagon '48-'64 hard to find around my area. I understand the ****** pickups have very cramped cabs.
