Injectors acting funny

Injectors acting funny
So when I start my truck, all cylinders are even and idle fine. When I give it gas in let's say about second gear m, I get #7 and #5 failing. Then once the truck warms up I get full power and then cylinder 3 starts failing (once hot) to the point where the truck just disables the injector. Once cold again 7 and 5 act up and 3 is fine, once hot again 7 and 5 are fine and 3 shuts down. ????
Just bad injectors? I replaced #3 with a used one so if it's bad I wouldn't be shocked but why is it fine when cold? Could the bolt torque have something to do with #3?

Has the blue spring update been installed?
I would verify that the FICM plugs are fully seated.
one thing about stiction is you can have cold or hot. It just depends on where it is happening.
It can be the spool valve or the intensifer piston. It can even be both. What are you using
to tell you what injector is acting up?

I'm using an Autel ds808. Does a lot! I'm verifying this with power balance, which shows contribution of all cylinders on a graph. It shows me each cylinder that's firing or failing. I don't know if the blue spring has been done but I have verified fuel pressure twice and it never drops below 50-55...w/wot ...at idle it is around 58-59 psi. Ficm plugs have also been pressed in and then zip tied with heavy duty zipties for each plug. Ficm also produces 48.5-49 volts all the time.

I would never gamble with unknown used injectors. Rebuilt Motorcraft for about 200 and done. Plus they carry a 2 yr warranty.

During the BUZZ test, it clicks them off in NUMBER ORDER. So you will hear all buzz first. Then you'll hear cyl #1 CLICK, then cyl #2 CLICK, ect.... When you hear a pause then that's the faulty one.

My pick is Ed over at >>> FICMRepair.com - FORD Powerstroke 6.0 FICM Repair, PHP Tuning and Truck Parts
They are Ford injectors. They also have some other options with a named injector and they are less than
the Ford remans.

Ed's price for a late year 6.0L injector is $243
FORD OEM 6.0L V8 Injectors for 2004-2007 models after 09/22/03
AutoNation White Bear Lake sells them for $181.50

If the issues are all 4 on the passenger side, then I would think that the harness may not be plugged in completely, or is chaffing (as Sean mentioned earlier).

Alright, so I'm finding this weird...
During buzz test. Truck sat over night got down to 35 degrees.
The pattern I noticed is 1234 are loud and 5678 faint. Once test was completed it said none failed.
1-loud click
2-loud click
3-loud click (problem injector) contribution code (failure once warmed up)
4-loud click (brand new)
5-faint click (non existent) failure when cold
6-faint click (non existent)
7-faint click (non existent) failure when cold
8 faint click (non existent) intermittent cold fail
