Yes if the F250 is two wheel drive, and no if it is 4WD, and built before mid-year. Later non-Highboy 4WDs should bolt up too.

 

Yes,all cabs will fit from 73-79 2 wheel drive or 4x4....rear bolts of cab need a little opening if hb,,,now beds need a little more work if its a hb _______ Im guessing you mean cab as body the front cab mounts dead nut on ,the rear on a hb cab mounts wil work as well,just need to expose them inside of cab to tighten down
