Roadmaster Active Suspension
Is anyone familiar with this product? Does it actually work and does it prevent squat?

I used it on my 2016 F150 but not sure I would want to use it on the F250. To get the RAS spring tight enough to work, the rear suspension would end up really stiff. In concept, it works really well as the spring is progressive and would only be active the more load you put on the suspension. I think rear air bags are the better way to go, if needing to prevent squat, and is the way I went with my 250.

I use a SSA22 superspring on my F250 pulling a fifth wheel with 1800lb pin weight and the truck is perfectly level towing. Also has the added benefit of flatter cornering when unloaded, No noticeable ride difference when not towing, but does raise the rear end a half inch. I have the 3 inch blocks removed and 1.5" blocks in their place. so I am almost a inch shorter than factory height when not towing. Havent tried airbags so have nothing good or bad to say about them.

They still are working today, where air bags on my work van leaked after a few years.

Tried them on my ‘99 F250. Didn’t help with squat or wheel hop. Returned them as I thought they were a bad joke. After that I put on air bags with on board compressor and controls. No more squat and loved being able to adjust the level when hauling a cab over or towing my 5th wheel. To prevent wheel hop I stopped doing burnouts in my Superduty and bought a Lightning.
