Arrow Upgrade wipers

Has anyone with a 2015+ f150 upgraded the wipers from 22" to 24"?? If yes, how do you like the size difference? Any issues or concerns?

I never knew that it was popular with the superduty crowd but I had the factory wipers on my 2012 and the very top part couldn't quite reach the whole windshield, especially around the corners. Been that way since it was brand new.

Yeah, lots of folks opted for the 22" wipers because they would cover more of the windshield and did not hinder operation.

PLEASE NOTE: Years were from 1999-2007 Superduty that had 20" wipers.

I’ve been meaning to try 24” wipers and see if the additional coverage has any benefits. I’ve got a stack of wipers in my garage, so I’ll just wait for the sale at Costco and pick up a set. Please report back if you try them.

24" are the way to go. I think on every car since 1996 I've gone up in size to the largest that will fit without any overhang.

Thanks for confirming the 24" wipers!! I might just give it a try next time I replace mine.

Soak them over night in 303 before installing and gain a year or so...

UPDATE:
Was not able to purchase the 24" wipers for my truck, because the local store was out. Decided to keep it stock length and bought 22" RainX Latitudes. The removal and install was (of course) simple...and literally took like 4 minutes. But, I did notice that these Latitudes flutter while driving down the road...starting about 50 MPH. I'm not keen on that...and it's been bugging me!!

Thinking, I'll just go back to my OEM and get refills. Luckily, I did not toss the OEM wiper blades!!

I just put some Motorcraft blades on. The same as OEM. They are better than all the other ones I’ve tried to include Bosch Icons, Rain X Latitude, Michelin and PIAA.

The PIAAs were the best of the aftermarket bunch. I got almost a heat out of them before they started skipping and chattering. All the others made it about 2-3 months. The original factory blades never chattered, they just lost wiping performance after about a year, which is pretty good down here as hot as it gets.

If you spend any time poking around on the interwebs, that is exactly what you'll find. The OEM blades are just about the best all around performers.

I have found that just about everything OEM is better than over the counter aftermarket. It is also the reason why I only use Motorcraft filters. I have found nothing beats the performance and plus the fact that it helps if there is a failure under warranty. Ford won't question the fact about an oil filter failure when you use their filter. I always do my own maintenance from day one and have never been questioned when taking my vehicle in for service.

Costco is having a sale right now on wipers. Looks like they rebranded them, but they look the same. I wanted to get a set of 24” to try out, but just couldn’t bring myself to spend the cash since I’ve got a pile of 22’s at home.

Maybe in a few years...

Yup, I ordered myself some OEM Motorcraft wiper blades over the weekend. Found the best deal at RockAuto, so pulled the trigger! These RainX are really annoying me driving down the road And, I just couldn't take it anymore.
