Need help on 03' front suspension issue

I have a 4" Deaver leveling lift on my 2003 F350 4x4,7.3. I just had to replace my Steering drive this past weekend and in the process I discovered at some point I sheered off one of the bolts that mounts the Deaver Track Bar to the truck frame, (drivers side - see pics) The nuts that the bolts attach to are welded onto a thin metaltab bar that inserts into the frame, Basically the tab that extends out the frame you hold onto and adjust it in place to secure the bolts through the nuts.

The problem: The sheered bolt on the front side of the mount inside of the frame will not allow me to pull the metal tab out. It looks like the extended sheered bolt inside of the frame cannot get passed the internal frame support that is used for the bolts to the steering drive unit. (Three bolts going through the frame above the track bar mount. I have a couple of options. The first one is to replace the metal tab with the welded nuts. I am hoping I can push the old one out of the way and just slide a new one in its place. The question I have is this, does anyone have a part # for this piece. I have a corporate acct with a Ford dealership but its 30 miles away and I can't get down there. I am hoping this is a part that still be ordered, otherwise its a junk yard find or someone on here may have a body frame there selling parts off of.

The second option is to cut open the frame and pull the piece out from the front, and the reweld the hole and the final option would be to just weld the track bar to the frame.

I am hoping you guys can help me out on this one.

Unfortunately the finger tab will not go under the bolt sleeve that supports the bolt that holds the steering box to the frame.

Okay, so here’s an idea, if you cut the tab off along the red line would you be able to twist the tab around and pull it out? You can then just weld the tab back on... Hopefully that’s clear …
