I've never owned a topper, but the versatility has always appealed to me. My wife and I do a lot of camping and mountain biking and I really like the idea of being able to keep our gear locked up out of sight and out of the weather. I've got an ARE Z ordered for my 2019 longbed crew and I can't wait to see it. In the meantime show me how cool yours is!

 

Snug Top super sport model with the sportsmans package. Really like the built in Yakima rack system, the sportsmans package increases the roof carrying capacity to 500lbs among other things. The fob activated door key is a must have in my opinion. Also have the complete Bedrug interior and am sold on that also.

 

Forgot to mention, for anyone getting a rack system get the longest cross bars offered, 72" in my case. They shipped mine with much shorter bars that i had to get switched out.

Looks great! Looks like yours is set up a lot like the ARE that I've got ordered. I also went with the Yakima rack, electric lock, and bedrug interior. Mine will also have a sliding front glass (for access from the cab) that tilts down for cleaning purposes. Hopefully it won't really take the full 8 weeks that the shop told me.

 

You guys have some great looking setups here, I can't wait to post photos of mine. Hopefully it won't take the full 8 weeks to come in like the shop estimated.
