Need a tonneau cover on the new truck before our next camping trip. Had a BAK Revolver X2 on the old truck that worked pretty good...not sure any are perfect! Was just quoted $879 shipped BAK Revolver X4 for my short bed...sound good? Any places I should check?

 

I have the X4. Its a nice cover but dont really care for the texture of it. Traps too much dirt in those small textured grooves and requires more time to clean than the X2. Thanks for the info in the X4, had not thought about that at all...just liked the matt look. It had a higher load rating but I never had a problem with snow on the R2...thanks!

 

Looks like there price in the same as AutoAnything...$819 shipped for Revolver 2X. Probably as good as I will do, was just hoping maybe a little holiday sale this week...thanks!

I paid $899 for my BAK X4 and purchased it directly from BAK. They price matched another company that I was originally going with. I was on the phone with BAK and figured I might as well just order from them. I love the cover, and I don't notice any issues with it and dirt. When I wash it off it cleans up great. Overall it's a great cover, and one I would definitely get every time in in the future. My only gripe with the cover is the rails. The end of the rails is an unfinished cut aluminum. A little bit more effort on finish would go a long way in this regard.
