Unhappy HELP PLEASE

Hey Ford Fam, I've been away from the forums for a long time sorry. I've been so buzy I mean Dizzy Bizzy but that is no excuse, I'm sorry. Now I need some help, ok I need a lot of help. I have'04 (Late)F-250 CC/LARIAT/FX4-T6 full syth. oil, SGII, EGR Delete,High Idle Mod,33" Cooper's,
Rancho 9000's,FTE forums and advice. I was running down a Texas highway at 70 mph when all of a sudden shut down. I mean like you turned the key off shut down. No bucking, stalling, no warning or sign of impending shut down just blah. All electronics are good, she'll crank all day long but will not attempt to turn over. I'm throwing a P2285 and a U0155. The ICP I know needs to be changed and the pig tail is new, I also installed a new IPR just in case and for preventative measure. All the instruments are working, the fuel cut off switch is getting power and was not tripped. Oil is good fuel is good and she'll crank all day long with new batteries just installed. Numbers;Cranking- ICP=894/ FICM=48.5/ FICML=11.5-12.2/ SYNC=GOOD/ VOLTS-12.5/FUEL PRES=100%/ KOEO;IPR=14.8/ICP=0/ FICM-48.0/ FUEL PRESS-0.
PLEASE, anybody with any fixes or ideas please respond, I'm almost to the point of selling her whole or pick and pull parting her out. I love this truck and I'm out of causes for this issue. I greatly appreciate any help and thank you in advance.

Are you getting the injector pre-start clatter?

Also, during cranking, what is your ICP voltage?

Sean, I do get the clatter. no start with ICP unplugged but the ICP needs replacing any way got a "deal" online but turned out to be junk. I know this truck will run without ICP unplugged normally. ICP voltage I dunno? ICP while cranking was 894/ FICM P=48.5/ FICM L=11.5/ SYNC GOOD (0)
KOEO: ICP=O/ FICM P=48.0/ FICM L=12.0/ IPR=14.8/ VOLTS=12.8/ SYNC GOOD (0) Ican for sure enter what ever needs to be looked at on a SGII, I'll program whatever needs to be programed. I just replaced the ICP pigtail is there way to check the voltage off there? Or is it easier to get it from SG? I'll check and see I might have ICPV entered into gauge, this whole deal has me boggled and turned around, think it's time for the calmer (beer). Let me know anything I can look at before I send her to the shhhhhhhh, the shhhoo, the shop. Thanks all.

Sync should be 1 to be good.
Let me see if I can find a 04 No Start guide in my PDFs.
I know that there is one over in the Tech Folder.

Cranking rpm?
Please post BOTH cam/crank sync and FICM sync values
Does fuel filter bowl fill quickly w/ "Key On" (a two person job to avoid a mess)?

Also would like to see:
Fuel Pulse Width value when cranking
V-reference voltage value when cranking
IPR % when cranking

Not sure what "Fuel Pres = 100%" is either

Camshaft & Crankshaft in sync (1 = in sync, 0 = not in sync)
TXD: 07E02209CD
RXF: 0462050906CD
RXD: 3701
MTH: 000100010000
NAM: SYC (0=no or 1=yes)

FICM SYNC
TXD: 07E02209CD
RXF: 0462050906CD
RXD: 3601
MTH: 000100010000
NAM: FSN (0=no or 1=yes)

Just to guess, I am thinking camshaft sensor (CMP) or the FICM (even though you have the right voltage AND injectors buzzing, it can still be bad).

Need all the requested info to avoid guessing though.

Mark and Sean here are some numbers off my SG;
CRANKING/ KOEO;
ICP=925 unplugged/ ICP=0
ICPV=0/ ICPV=0
SYC=1/ SYC=O
IPR=47.5-50/ IPR=14.8
FICMP=48.5/ FICMP=48.0
FICML=11.5/ FICML=12.0SYC
FICMYC=1
RPM'S during testing 188, Volts cranking 12.5-11.8/ KOEO=13-12.8, OIl level good with T6 and fresh filter, fuel clean fresh filters no bubbles at resv, IPR new, IPC getting one and pig tail but on inside of old one clean oil was seen on sensor, shift lever is good, Batteries, Starter connections and glow plugs all good, fuel cut off reset but not tripped, oil pressure was seen and normal on dash gauge, any other checks I need to do? I do not have and gauges to check pressures so help me there please what do I need to buy?

Yes I have oil filling resv on cranking and it drains. I have fuel to filter resv. and yes it is messy with only me checking, the oil filter check was kind of amusing as I had to jump from seat then climb small step ladder to see oil leaving resv man what a circus. finally had neighbor crank while I watched both oil and fuel resv's no bubbles seen in fuel, oil was REALLY clean cause it's fresh. Any ideas or fixes would be awesome. Thanks so far though it really has re-ignited me into the 6.0 world. Oh I know starter fluid is contraindicated but I shot a little up in there and it started then died 3 sec. later. I know I know but I was desperate.

Cam and crank sensors look OK (rpm reading and both Sync values)

The ICP needs to be changed because it sounds like a default number for ICP pressure (mainly because your ICP volts are 0). We really need to see if you are actually developing proper ICP pressure. It sounds like a fueling issue now!

Also, I would also like to see the FPW (fuel pulse width) when cranking and v-reference voltage when cranking.

V-reference:
TXD: 07E0221155
RXF: 046245110655
RXD: 3010
MTH: 006433330000
NAM: CVI

Fuel Injector Pulse Width (microseconds)
TXD: 07E0221410
RXF: 046205140610
RXD: 3010
MTH: 000800010000
NAM: FPW

One handy thing when just cranking but when you don't want it to start is the solenoid wire on the passenger side.

See the thing in this photo.

You squeese it to seperate and then take the long end and tap it on the stud at the battery positive clamp where the B+ from the alternator connects at. So long as the
key is off it will only crank over and not start.

One silly thought. You might stick your hand under the FICM and push up on the 3 plugs to make sure that they are fully seated. If you get one to click it was not locked in.

I'll go get started on the pulse width programing and checks thanks Mark. And I'll uncap the B+ trick it'll come in handy thanks Sean. BRB I was wondering if it wasn't if the fuel system some where.....ok I was praying it wasn't a HPOP (not sure I could handle that but maaaaaybe). Also could I have a floating debris clog in the tank or a partial clog that would still fill the filter bowl? Idunno you guys seem to be the experts you guide I'll follow. Thanks again.
