Nice site. The Mojave is one of the few areas out west I have yet to explore.

Thanks. This is from AOAA in PA.

There are way cooler spots, but we don't always stop for pictures; kinda just roll through a lot of times.

Here you go - we do extremely remote off-roading that probably looks a lot different from most of you guys. This is from last weekend.

Some lake somewhere.

Some river valley somewhere.

Very nice, but I'd be mounting some .50's on those bicycles lest some toothy creature sees you as an entrée. What do you pack for such potential occurrences?

Ha! Ive a couple of different choices - depends on the area we're exploring. I'm actually thinking about picking up a custom-made chest holster and getting a .44 mag revolver but that's overkill for anything except a grizzly. This specific area is a 4-wheeler trail at the crest of a river valley out in the middle of nowhere with no cell coverage. First time Ive taken the dually up a trail like that one with the Mammoth TC on it. 7 tons of awesome and it handled it great.

That is some beautiful country AW. Definitely beats the 'reclaimed' coal country we use!

I wouldn't say that - it's just different and more remote is all. Living in AK has it's benefits but it comes at great cost, too.
