Bed mounting question

Hello all, I did a quick search but didn't find a definitive answer.....

I'm trying to mount a new bed (8') to my 01'...when I removed the old one the "anti-squeak" pads were destroyed. I found some new ones but I'm unsure on where to locate them? Do the go in between the mounting bolt locations, in the little holes in the frame?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

They go in holes in the top frame rail in front of the rear most crossmember. The bed has two little u shaped steel pieces that the rubber rides under since no bolts hold it tight

It looks just like the antisqueak pad on the leaf springs except thinner
