Rad core distance

Does anyone off hand know the distance from mounting surface to the back of the rad core on a replacement rad on a 53 f100 ?

Yup exactly thanks John . Is yours a 2 or 3 core and do you know if a 3 core is deeper to the rear ?

I wonder if a 3 core would be deeper to the rear . I am about 3 inches 1/2 inches from the mount and the depth of yours I believe would allow me to run my clutched mechanical fan . What are you running for a fan .

You are having no problems with heating ? To run my clutched fan I would need to get a rad similar to yours , as is I could go to a non clutched fan or electric and I would prefer to avoid electric simply for the complexity . Where did you get your rad from ? In your pm you mentioned a piece missing from my rad support , could you explain what it looks like as the truck had been hastily or poorly assembled and I may have it in the boxes of parts .

What I meant by missing is the rather large hole the core support bolts to, it is usually 2 slotted holes in the center of that cross member. I have no over heating problems pretty much maintains just under 100° C with a 195 thermostat..
I got my radiator from here...https://ledfootracing.com/
