What RV camshaft? With stock heads you don't need more than a 500cfm carb.

I recommend Edelbrock as a brand for the intake & carb. No idea what models produce best torque at what RPM. I would see what model(s) produce the most torque at your preferred towing RPM range.

Mabbco?

Check reviews for Mabbco Engines versus, say, Promar Engines in New Jersey.

Might be worth a look.

Yes, I think my chances are a little better than 50/50. I saved $1200 compared to promar. supposed to get a better than stock cam (for a carb), keith black flat tops, dual row timing chain, oil adapter, hard rod bolts, high volume oil pump, and shipping for $2400. I called paypal and asked about return policy. If there is any debris it goes back. i think paypal is better than the credit card companies. They are very busy. And I only seen one bad review for this year.lol three weeks before it gets here.

There is so much wrong here I almost don't know what to say.

An F150 lacks the tow capabilities to need a tow engine. Good thing 'cause it sounds like you aren't building one anyway.

Spend your money on tires, brakes and insurance. Keep that trailer balanced like your life depends on it. Going faster is not a priority.

No.. an F150 has a maximum 10k COMBINED towing rating at most.. that's total weight of truck and trailer and even then that was with a auto trans, manual trucks were always rated lower. Post up a picture of the calibration decal on the drivers door pillar.
