Replaced pins and bushings because doors saged and wouldn't you know it still sags. what can i do to lift the door handle side of door so it will close without having to lift it a half inch or better all the time? Thanx for reading and any input

I have ZERO experience on this issue on these trucks. Never had the issue come up . But, "back in the day", on Gremlins you would get new bushings and pins. The hinges themselves were adjustable on the door pillar. Not sure if this applies. Good luck

The driver's door on my F-350 sagged in a similar fashion after the wind caught it...sprung something slightly. To fix, I cut slots in large fender washers and slid them between the loosened bottom hinge and door. I played around with the number of washers until I got it right. It took about 3/16" thickness to achieve correct alignment of body line...I tweaked the striker bolt a bit, too. Works perfectly now.

If you lift the back of the door can you still feel play in the hinges? If not you need to adjust the hinges as mentioned. Body bolts to go backward/forward. Door bolts to go in/out.
