WeatherTech Hood Protector.....

Any comments good or bad on the WeatherTech hood protectors? This is not their bug deflector but rather a thinner material that sits formed on the front of the hood where the “Super Duty” letters are stamped. Thanks...

Weathertech hood guard. Fits perfect. Looks good. Already saved me from a few paint chips from rocks.

I don't know but after purchase there is a highly likely-hood of getting a call from the '80s, they want their deflector back.

I have the factory Ford one, seems to be good. I ordered when I ordered the truck so it's factory installed.

Touche! I wonder if they make bras for these trucks like they did for mini trucks back in the day.

I have the same one that camxracer has..easy to install, and on a magnetic grey truck it looks good, at least I think so..lol
I wanted one that didn't require me to drill or add hardware to the hood and this one fit the bill.

That's the same one I have (though I installed it later). I think it looks good. To those who hate on them, you must not keep your trucks that long. The front of my trucks get chipped all to hell and it's good to have a sacrificial guard up there. Same reason I hate painted bumpers.
