Valve springs upgrade?

So I am doing alot of work to my truck , completely stripped basically doin a restomod and while I have complete access to the engine. I plan on going with 1.75 Chevy rockers and a Crower 248 cam , should put my total valve lift at

.397 at valve stock
.443/.449 at valve after cam with rockers

I think pressed in studs and stock springs should be safe , but I would like opinions. My goal was more low end torque which the Crower has less duration than stock with more lift. I may switch to screw in studs since I will already be doing alot of work. But if springs are good I wilI order new stock springs but I do not want to order springs that are not needed. Thank you for replies and opinions in advance.

1. Use whatever springs Crower recommends with that cam. 2. The company that rebuilt my engine routinely uses screw-in studs...they don't ask, they just do it. The Chevy rockers are probably best used with a stock cam. If you want more lift, best do it with the cam.

Crower never replied back to me about their springs

I am going with screw in just want more info before I order what don't need regarding springs

All the cams looked at this Crower cam gives me the power from idle which is what I am looking for , if my valve geometry is correct why do you say they work best with the stock cam?

I was looking at a comp cams 252 kit but decided the Crower is probably more my style with the duration but lifts are pretty close to stock with the Crower so figured it could use a little help. I have always been under the impression rocker ratios were one of the best ways to improve lift because it will do it with less wear if geometry are good because it amplifies the ramp without it needing to be so steep

Is that a 1990 truck? Computer? The Chevy rockers move the p.rod closer to the valve. I'd be concerned the p.rod might touch the hole through head at high rpm. Friction. BTW, the Isky 256 cam has a lot of bottom end, and, iirc is computer compatible.

1983 , eventually getting offenhauser dual port intake , already have a quick fuel 4 barrel 500cfm vacuum secondary , efi manifolds. C6 trans

May be a little overkill for what I need aiming for being a lower rpm machine but the carb I got new for a steal
